Just for the record, arugula tastes nasty.

I have never tasted wet dog but that is what arugula tastes like, like the smell of a wet dog.

You’re right .. LOL ..
The Food Network chefs rave about it for its
peppery taste, but wet dog hair is a much more
apt description to me.
