You are right. There is no warmth or humor. His delivery is choppy. He’s preaching like Rev. Wright. I expect him to say “America’s chickeeeeeens are coming home to roost” any minute.

Agree with that - he needs some verbs in his speech - lots of feel good things to do, no specifics on how it is going to happen or get paid for.
