I disagree, though I like Molly Hatchett’s version.
What Duane does in the original is otherworldly.

I only hit “Post” once... must have been a server hiccup.
It’s weird because while I focus on the guitar playing on the Molly Hatchett version, I focus on the singing on the Allman Brothers version...and practically every other song.
Maybe I need to re-listen.
