Maybe, I see what I want to see or because I see what I expect, but it seems to me Obama is falling apart.
Interesting thoughts and I concur. Obama has always reminded me as someone who was being run for President, rather than someone who was running for President. His stage managers aren't quite sure to do at this point and, as people who feel they are smarter than others often do, there are hints of them overdoing the, 'man-from-heaven' schtick.

Thank God BO’s narcissism took him to Berlin. This was the celebrity straw that broke the camel’s back. The political landscape might look very different had BO gone to Afghanistan and Iraq and then home.

He(Obama) will look overblown, vacuous, and monomaniacal at the faux Parthenon in Denver. Thoughtful post. Hope you have a nice day. Shuffle, shuffle. FReep regards.

I think a backdrop like the Chicago “Projects” housing development would be much more appropriate. I expect his other choice was a set from Hee-Haw.

Somehow, I can't help but think of the "Spinal Tap" stage. Remember how that flopped.

With Obamacles interest in “Greek” culture, I expect to see more joint appearances with the Village People.

I think the temple was their second choice- the first choice was a stable and manger.

Reading about the set design is one thing, but then seeing the picture of it on Drudge.
What a joke!!!...it looks like an old "B" movie set sitting in the middle of the stadium. The critics will have a field day writing about it. Unbelievable. What a bad choice for anyone who took O seriously. Phoney Obama...actually fits perfectly into the storyline. His supporters should have a hard time defending this set-up.

One dimensional, just like Barry.

Wow. What Barry's myrmidons (another good Greek word) are thinking is beyond me.
Just keeping thinking it, guys...
Heh heh heh....

I think the idea is to make it look like he is in front of the Lincoln Memorial. He is trying to take the place of MLK. This is all part of their if you don't vote for Obama your a racist strategy.
To: COUNTrecount
Jeez, all he’s gonna need is a Praetorian guard to escort him to his altar. And please excuse the excursion to Roman history :)

I have a vision - more of a nightmare - that the scene will resemble one of those Nuremberg rallies at which the other man who promised change rallied the gullible and foolish.
