The Clintons are poison, and the democrats are about to learn this the hard way (those of them who haven't already). Whereas if Obama loses this election it will be easy for the Clintonistas to say ‘I told you so’, the ill-will they have engendered will only be amplified by his loss. It's inconceivable to me that the Obama backers will come ‘home’ with their tail between their legs saying ‘you were right’, ‘we support you’. More likely is that they will be so upset that they will never back a Clinton again, for anything.

When you live by the sword you die by the sword. The Clintons have always been about ‘divide and conquer’. Eventually all narcissism and otherwise self-centered behavior is seen for what it is. The number one criterion for a ‘leader’, in my book, is humility. There is always someone smarter, better, stronger. If one is driven by the desire to do good, irrespective of self or acquisition of credit, one can do great things. If driven by a sense of destiny one will always fall short.

The Clintons have benefitted from Gore and Kerry losing in that they maintained control of the Democrat Party for her first run. She will work tirelessly as will Begalla, Carville, and company to leak, sneak and snipe at Obama. Don’t forget, she didn’t just lose the race but $10,000,000. This from a woman who claimed a tax deduction for donating used underwear.
