Is he a 'natural born citizen'? I don't know, and neither do you! The constitutional term 'natural born citizen' has never been clearly defined. Laws have been passed since 1790 in a attempt to clarify the rules of citizenship. Laws that overlap, contradict and are or aren't retroactive. The Supreme court has not ruled on whether natural born follows jus soli - birth on US territory, or jus sanguinus - birth to US blood. Until that point is defined neither of us has so much as a narrow reed to cling to.
