I again had a conniption fit over the possibility that the REPUBLICAN PARTY would allow a NON REPUBLICAN to be on the REPUBLICAN ballot for Vice President.

It's the same fit-inducing stupidity that allowed non-Republicans to vote in our primaries.

I had not thought of that but you are right. The Republican Party has a lot of cleaning up to do after this election is over. I had expected that at the national level there was enough money to hire the necessary high level personnel to run things properly. It seems their main interest is in raising money that will be wasted if the primaries are corrupted. I hold back on criticism as much as I can but sometimes the obvious assault on plain old common sense drives me nuts.
