I heard it, too, and have been so on edge since this morning. I am sick over this Leiberman idea! The base will rebel and the Drive-Bys will have a parade over our rebellion. What about the delegates accepting such a thing? Aren't there rules? I have already called McCain's office with my concerns and was told it was all speculation.

If nothing else comes of this Lieberman proposal, I hope that the Republican Party sees to it that our candidates on the Republican ballots are registered Republicans. It is inconceivable to me that such is not the case already. Maybe there are people on the platform committee who will look into this and make the necessary corrections to be explicit about the candidates party affiliation.
