Nancy's version of things is wrong. The Catholic Church has been steadfast and adamant that life begins at conception, or even before. Note their stance on artificial birth control. Nancy is delusional....

Nancy slipped a comment that the investment is something like .3% of her portfolio. 50 to 100 thousand relates to 16 to 32 million dollars available for investment purposes. Not to shabby for a guvmint official.
