Just watch, Biden will set up shop in PA-OH-WV-KY-TN and try to transform himself into a close pal of all those emittered white folks clinging to guns and religion. [why they would believe anything Biden has to say is another question]
Can't imagine that Biden will of much help in the south or west, so my guess is he'll focus upon the "Reagan Democrats" in the midwest while trying to pretend he is not in fact the #3 most liberal US Senator by voting record.
Well..that will fail, because Biden’s a northeastern liberal with an extensive voting record to show he’s not a friend of the Reagan Democrat voters.
