Interesting tips revealed in the sign:

Obviously, Obama's name is on top, but also notice that 'Obama' is in white, while 'Biden' is in pale blue.

Also, 'Biden' is in the same font style, but a smaller font size.

I'm sure Bob Herbert would see a sexual innuendo here........
