U know this crap is gettin old, if it can be proven somebody does need to step up. Otherwise it is just a rehash of the same thing i have been hoping for for months now. It if hasn’t been proven otherwise, The McCain camp just needs to kick a$$ and take name. McCains Wins!
From what I heard, he's a dem but comes with a lot of credentials. I'm looking forward to seeing how this all pans out.

A proper examination in the courts will give credence to this assertions if they are true.

“Defendant Obama claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961 and it is uncertain in which hospital he claims to have been born. Obama’s grandmother on his father’s side, his half-brother and half-sister all claim Obama was born not in Hawaii but in Kenya. Reports reflect that Obama’s mother traveled to Kenya during her pregnancy; however, she was prevented from boarding a flight from Kenya to Hawaii at her late stage of pregnancy (which, apparently, was a normal restriction, to avoid births during a flight).
By these reports, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama gave birth to Obama in Kenya, after which she flew home and registered Obama’s birth. There are records of a “registry of birth” for Obama, on or about August 8, 1961 in the public records office in Hawaii.
Upon investigation into the alleged birth of Barack Hussein Obama in Honolulu, Hawaii, Obama’s birth is reported as occurring at two (2) separate hospitals, Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital. Wikipedia English Version, under the subject “Barack Obama,” states Obama was born at Kapiolani Hospital. There are further references circulating on the internet claiming examination of the hospital’s records in Hawaii show no birthing records for Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama), Obama’s mother. However, there are records of a “registry of birth” for Obama, on or about August 8, 1961, in the public records office in Hawaii.
Wayne Madsen, Journalist with Online Journal as a contributing writer and published an article on June 9, 2008 stating that a research team went to Mombassa, Kenya, and located a Certificate Registering the birth of Barack Obama, Jr. at a Maternity Hospital, to his father, a Kenyan citizen and his mother, a U.S. citizen.”
I know Berg is a crackpot, but this could be really explosive if a Federal Judge is forced to examine documents showing Obama’s birth being recorded in Kenya, along with air travel records, if they exist, and other evidence.

I think this is all jibber jabber, but in the list of problems, I had not really connected Bill Gwatney and Stephanie Tubbs Jones deaths and them being Hildabeast supporters.
Plaintiff is not just a Dem but a bit time Hillary Dem.
Hillary has still not decided on whether to stage a floor fight in Denver. Biden’s choice was as much about Obama reaching out to organizational Dems as it was anything else.
When you read the complaint, it is clearly recognizable as legal nonsense. At one point, he basically stakes his claim on “conflicting rumors.”
The purpose of this is to give Hillary one more point, if she wants it, to try to derail Osamabama in Denver.
He claim, was always, would be “Look at the numbers. He should be up 12 to 18. He is even. Only I (Hillary) can win.”
To this she can add, “He might not even be eligible. There is a case in the Federal Courts, etc”
If there is any doubt that she would do this, then can any of us name one thing she would not do to win?
I don’t see any harm in reminding (or telling for the first time) Americans that Obama was/is a Kenyan citizen, was/is an Indonesian citizen, maybe was not a USA citizen, was/is a Muslim, was/is a communist, etc. The truth does not hurt unless is is heard by all..
