Chris Wallace saying now that Biden is NOT a "change" choice. Kaine and Siebillius (sp?), yes. Biden no. The situation in Georgia "forced" Obama to pick someone with "more experience."

Wallace seemed less than impressed--LOL!

I have to agree. I can't imagine a more "inside the beltway" choice then Biden. The guy has been in Congress about as long as we have been on Earth.
