Karl Rove on now with the Friends saying that Joe was an “adult” pick but he’s full of gaffes and long-winded answers. However, he agrees with Sam Donaldson that the VP is not who we vote for. Karl also mentions that Joe voted for the Iraq war. He thinks that this pick just makes Barry look inexperienced. Also—Karl says this pick should not make McCain change his mind on a VP.

Biden voted FOR the war authorization resolution, and he has opposed the ‘surge’ and verbally abused General Petraeus, IIRC. It will be easy to ridicule Biden’s supposed “experience” and “judgment” —
Let’s see, Biden voted for the war, which Obambi says is a terrible, evil, incompetent position to have taken..... but Biden (and Obambi) oppose the ‘surge’ and still refuse to acknowledge its great success — so Obambi’s “experienced” running mate just opened him up to new points of criticism and attack.
