It is a sure sign of his lack of judgment if he thinks Biden gives him foreign policy gravitas. Grab-ass, maybe, but not gravitas. He will go down as a bigger disaster than Dan Quayle, who was a media-manufactured disaster, smarter than Al Gore ever pretended to be.
