I can't imagine a more "inside the beltway" choice then Biden.

You should hear the Obama spin on that one! "Why, he doesn't even own a home in DC. He commutes home to his family in Delaware at the end of the day!"

At least I got a snazzy new tagline out of the deal, courtesy of John J. Miller of the National Review Online.

A Biden - Palin debate would radically change the dynamic. If he tried to be a snotty jerk (how could he not?), the puma/estrogen faction would riot and become broken-glass McCain/Palin voters.... might even win California.

I think Cavuto is a bit miffed that he had to come into work and spend his time off away from the family. He has been nailing people left and right all morning.

Sic em Neil!

He may be pro-life, but for a while there he was seriously considering a pro-abort (Tom Ridge) for his VP.

His pro-life convictions seem a little thin to me.

Do they physically resemble a couple of donkeys, or what? B.O. couldn’t have chosen a better brother. And how long before Biden speaks his mind and we get to watch the Donks scurrying around the corral with brooms and scoops? Hee-Haw! Definitely going to be an autumn of popcorn, pretzels and cold drinks.

Biden voted FOR the war authorization resolution, and he has opposed the ‘surge’ and verbally abused General Petraeus, IIRC. It will be easy to ridicule Biden’s supposed “experience” and “judgment” —

Let’s see, Biden voted for the war, which Obambi says is a terrible, evil, incompetent position to have taken..... but Biden (and Obambi) oppose the ‘surge’ and still refuse to acknowledge its great success — so Obambi’s “experienced” running mate just opened him up to new points of criticism and attack. OOOhh, can’t wait for some more eviiiilllll “Swift Boat” type ads like the one today on Wm Ayers.

What happened to the text message?

So much for wanting his supporters to know first. He just showed that his word is meaningless. He only wanted people to sign up for the text message so that they would have a list of people to give donations. I heard that those who signed up have received several text messages asking for them to donate to Obama. What a rip off. It’s like the little boy in “Christmas Story” who finally discovers that the hidden message is “Drink more Ovaltine”.

AWESOME AD!!!!! That needs to be put in front of every American voter — don’t know how the Obamessiah can spin that one away!! Love the look on Obambi’s face as the words are read out and then Biden says he stands by them..... how will they spin that away now?

Oh, a couple of years of CAMPAIGNING has now qualified Obambi for the Presidency, when he hasn’t even done anything in his paid job as a US SENATOR?????

I am oncit again forced to share not only my generic and all-encompassing wisdom with the masses, but also my specific Delaware-resident knowledge.

Folks, you who are putting down Joe Biden are wrong, wrong, wrong.

Let us begin with never mind his gaffes and big mouth, Joe Biden performed the best in those earlier Democratic debates, this by most folks’ opinion, including pundits, Freepers and Rush Limbaugh. Still and so we all know Joe Biden tends to be abrupt and clumsy of mouth.

Y’all better believe that never mind his plagiarism, something the masses don’t understand or even believe for that matter, as well ole Hairplugs’ gaffes and verbal blunders, that the ladies at the beauty parlor LOVE Joe Biden.

He hasn’t been Senator from Delaware from 1972 for nothing, folks. Most don’t care that a lot of what Joe says is clumsy, politically incorrect, buffoonish. Joe Biden is viewed as a politico who says it straight and tough. He is admired to pointing out that Indians run all the Dunkin’s Donuts and 7-11’s. Such talk is considered childish by the DC hoi polloi but heh, Joe is beloved and will be beloved by Americans across the fruited plains. Limited, of course, to low-IQ liberals, the well-meaning ladies at the beauty parlor, “moderates” and the rest who only pay attention oncit every four years.

Joe’s story is sad too. His wife and baby daughter died in a tragic accident right before he was to be seated for his first senate term in 1972. Also, Joe is a good guy, doesn’t run around with womin and other embarrassing stuff like that.

You folks, fine Freepers all and dare I say political junkeys of a sort? All of you are not seeing Hairplugs like he is seen in Wilmington.

He is a poor widower who raised his children on his own. His son recently got elected Delaware’s Attorney General even though he’d just went through puberty. This same son is due to go to Iraq via the National Guard and hey, this is admirable, no?

And Joe is also running for re-elect as Senator this year so this is interesting. Today I am going to a crab feast sponsored by the GOP. I am so looking forward to this.

My granddaughter is coming along and everybody who’s anybody in Delaware will be there although I had to pay thirty bucks. Granddaughter does love crabs her Merryland born self and she’s four years old. I will pick her crabs today but, heh, like I tole her, at age five every child MUST PICK THEIR OWN DAMN CRABS!

The specualtion about who’s going to replace Joe in Delaware is outta this world.

Whatta day for the First State!
