Not hardly, those troops arrived covertly through the tunnel and the repair of the RR to the West and those additional troops were in place to invade and nothing else. Russia has more in mind than Georgia and you know it. Sorry you feel the need to defend the Russians, I'm sure you have your reasons, but Russia is no friend to Liberty and therefore no friend of mine.

Im not defending Russia as much as staying objective.
Entering a country covertly is an accepted tactic. Remember our Hail Mary route through the desert in Operation Iraqi Freedom? The days of sending a formal declaration with declared invasion routes are long gone.
