Screw the environment... build the fence NOW!!!!!!!

That's just it -- if this fence is built right, with a few strategically placed areas to accommodate certain mammal migrations (and kept guarded, of course), there would be no damage to the environment at all. But the Sierra Club won't listen to reason. They're for open borders, even though these illegals absolutely TRASH southern Arizona. Their hypocrisy is appalling.

Only MALE or FEMALE ocelots are on the American side of the border? Why would it require a border crossing for a cat to mate?

Every cat I've ever owned found ways out of hermetically sealed containers to mate. Walls were climbed. Roofs were jumped. I have scars from the escape attempts of cats in heat. Perhaps we are underestimating the cat.

However, with the BILLIONS we will save in medical, crime, education, housing, etc., I'm certain we can find a way to make sure the ocelot continues. And maybe disabled American citizens can get housing!

They are welcome to the dozens of stray cats in my neighborhood a couple hundred miles north of the border.

I guess the value of a stray cat depends on where it lives.

Yeah. Funny how they never talk about the environmental impact of 30M+ illegals.

One of the more hilarious arguments I have heard are the Audubon people who are against the fence because it “endangers rare bird species” and haven’t figured out yet that 1) birds aren’t bothered all that much by fences and 2) the bird habitat is being destroyed on a large scale by illegals crossing.

Penguins will be most affected. There will come a day when you won't even see a penguin at the border.

I’m FROM the Rio Grande Valley, that d****d fence is not going to cause any critter to be extinct and it would be great to block illegals and cause them to be few in number, very few, zero would be fine.

The lies continue...

In Central Texas, we are seeing many people moving from the Valley to our area, they are basically anglo (that’s what we called ourselves in S. Texas—still do) and they are now speaking of the rudeness in the public square towards anglos, racism is rampant but oh well, they’re protected doncha know.

BTW, the racial ration has traditionally been 80/20 (Hispanic/Anglo) so they’ve NEVER been the “minority” there. It’s always been “Little Mexico”. I used to enjoy the lifestyle there but not with the narcotics, anti-anglo racism and rudeness, nope, don’t need to visit nor drop $$ there anymore.

projects like the fence being built along the U.S.-Mexico border that could threaten endangered wildlife, the Sierra Club warned Friday.

Where are the concerns about this wildlife being disturbed and/or trampled by millions of illegal aliens?

“If we save the animals, plants and trees without respect to humans living on the earth what human will be left to know that we actually saved the earth?”

That’s the goal - no humans. Eco-fascists are the ultimate racists - they hate the human race. Get a bunch of these leftist slugs drunk, and they’ll admit they consider humans a virus that needs to be destroyed.

In fascist Germany, 75% of all German “nature” groups had joined the Nazi Party by 1939. Environmentalists, due to their psychotic egoistical nature, are naturally attracted to the destructive fascist and Nazi philosophy and are working hard to destroy individualism, free enterprise, private property and liberty in America. And the federal government is infested with these fascists, especially in the EPA.

If Nobama gets in, the EPA will seek control over every drop of water and blade of grass in America. The scum at EPA tipped their hand in the US v Rapanos decision.

Seventy years ago they would have been standing on street corners screaming “Seig heil!”

Eco-fascists are the real virus on America’s body.

From the article:

“The border fence will destroy habitat and make it harder to maintain the numbers for a variety of animals, including endangered large cats such as the ocelot and jaguarundi.”

How about creating a slush fund from the $20 billion in un-taxed remittances back to Mexico to construct a zoo on the Mexican side?

Call it the Tijuana Ocelot Refuge.

the media is NOT DOING it's Job

I would bet money that some group like la laza or Move on.org is paying them to shrill against the fence and tie it up with environmental lawsuits
