You know Rush isn't going to jump on this until it's circulated for a while longer. He didn't report the Edwards scandal until it finally came to a head. I can understand his hesitancy on things like this.

Why is Rush not talking about this?Philip J. Berg's last big legal action was a RICO suit against Bush and Cheney for 9/11. I'm not surprised that there aren't a lot of folks lining up to back him.
