I just had a Machiavellian thought — did Obama’s people drive this suit?

The lawsuit contains the laundry list of “Obama can’t legally run for POTUS” arguments, albeit poorly written. If it is thrown out, then Obama has been “vaccinated” against these charges by simply saying that a Federal judge tossed the case finding no merit in the suit.

Except I hear that there are multiple lawsuits against Obama appearing, or going to appear in other states.

Not likely. Phil Berg is a Hillary supporter and 9/11 "truth" nut. The lawsuit is garbage (nothing but hunches and Internet rumors) and Berg belongs in a mental institution.

Obama's people aren't behind it, but it helps him because it makes his opponents look like nutcases.
