This is a stunt pulled by a Democrat, not a Republican. Berg is a Hillary supporter, so your premise is wrong.

Were there travel restrictions on Pakistan at the time? If so, he may know that since Bambi travelled to Pakistan at a time where US Citizens weren’t permitted, that he had to go under another country’s passport.

If you have read my earlier response, you would have noticed that I said that although there is no legal probition to holding dual citizenship and running for President, it would be a killer politically. There is no way the American people would vote for someone who held dual citizenship.

"This could backfire...Hillary may be harder to beat."

Not a chance in hell she'll win with the 90% plus dim black vote sitting at home. And I don't think they'll be very motivated to vote for the Beast if she (or her cronies) rob the nomination from the Messiah.

I agree with you. The birth certificate business is a dead end. Why not discuss his stance on taxes, or energy, or health care, or the war on terror?

So you’ve noticed that same thing? Crystal Cove seems to show up on every Obama thread and defend him and ask roving questions.

It seems very oddly written -- as if by an Internet jockey and not an attorney. Hope that doesn't hurt the cause.

That was my first observation: Bizarre, jumbled writing, extremely unprofessional.

Yes, but those conditions seem to require that his mother was older than 18 when he was born, since his father was an alien.

She will be harder to beat, but I’d rather have her than Obama.

And oh, BTW, did you pink Evening Star to this? (snicker)

I agree. Or in his own words; "Just to name one of the problems..."

Here's another gem; "Since the beginning of the U.S. Constitution, in order to run for Office of the President, you must be a "natural born citizen"

The language seems kooky, but I don't know very much about the substantive claims and legal issues.

Cordially,

Point taken, allow me to restate. If someone abused the judicial system in a political attempt to smear McCain or Bush or whomever, freepers would be in an outrage. Why is this OK?

Why not? I've got a buddy who has dual citizenship and is also a German citizen and I'd vote for him over these two schmucks in a heartbeat.

Document 2 of the docket is "PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND FOR EXPEDITED DISCOVERY"

Excerpt....WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully prays that this Court:

A. Grant Plaintiffs Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order prohibiting Barack H. Obama from running for the Office of President of the United States;

B. Grant Plaintiffs Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order enjoining Defendant, The Democratic Committee from nominating Defendant Barack H. Obama as the Democratic Nominee; and

C. Grant Plaintiff such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.

then this is the abuse of the judiciary for political purposes

Yes, like Al Gore's abuse of the Florida process in 2000 and the frequent uses of the judiciary to negate California's propositions....What else is new?

I am not an apologist for anyone. Are you saying the items on Factcheck.org which support McCain are not credible? So I shouldn’t believe them when they say Obama’s claims about McCain’s policies are distorted? I should believe Obama, just because Factcheck.org is defending McCain?

Also, there are many on these birth certificate threads trying to bring some logic to the discussion. I’m hardly the only one.

But, but you don’t understand these minnor requirements, in the eyes of the dumb-o-crats, don’t apply to them.

After all dead peolpe can vote for them, why be bothered with any requirements that get in their way?

Exactly! Why should we stoop to that level?
