Wendell Nielsen and Merril Jessop were ‘wedding’ witnesses on the batch of certificates that were entered as evidence in the custody hearing earlier this week, with Merril performing the ‘marriage’ of his 12-year-old daughter to Warren Jeffs. It's likely one or both of them were indicted . . . or maybe not. Both of them have disappeared.
