Hubbys mad at me because scum bucket Phila. parent who let their daughter die are suing the city, who took control of the kids.
a. Yes the city was at fault because they took over supervision.
b. The parents should be indicted for murder for the kids death.
If the city wants to get paid to “be responsible” then they should be responsible.
