The USA made a grave error in Serbia.

The Serbs thought we were their friends also.They were our friends. They saved American Pilots in WW2 that were shot down by the Germans.
The missile shield in Poland puts a target in the middle of Poland. It is not something to take pride in.
Suitcase weapons are the future. A shield can not stop that.
Slapping the Russians in the face is not my idea of making friends. I believe we had a chance before Clinton made his mistake.

I don't believe the Clintons have the best interests of USA at heart any more than Jimmy Carter did.
If it would make a difference (which it wouldn't), I'd be fine with sending the Clintons and General Clark to the Russians to do with as they choose to make up for it.
I was horrified when President Bush recognized Kosovo, and I wish there was a way he could rescind that, but at this point that would just be taken by Russia as weakness and they'd just strike harder.
But however wrong we were about that, Russia is wrong now and I believe will reestablish an extended Russian dictatorship if not stopped.
