I used to wait tables. Blacks are the worst. Followed by women, especially in groups. Japanese are either the best, or they stiff you. (In Japan tipping is usually not done).

The worst tipper I ever knew was a big Democrat. He always left the change in his pocket. The best tippers are ex-waiters and bartenders.
