For decades, if a woman sues a man over paternity, it has been possible to determine the FATHR of the alive unborn child via genetic testing. If that isn't a revelation of what the courts actually operate upon—that fatherhood begins at conception; what is the man being sued for being the father “OF”—then there is no consistency in the legal system. The courts have affirmed by assumptions what they believe is the point at which LIFE of a distinct other person begins. The problem is not the assumptions upon which the courts adjudicate, it is the duplicity of the sick SCOTUS which creates such inconsistencies in order to substantiate their activist rulings which are not Constitutional.
