You forgot to put in your line about stuffing a sock (something?) into McCain’s mouth when he says ‘my friends.’
How come?
Actually, I was beginning to cringe at every ‘My friends’—I’m one of those who was scared that he’d fare badly against Obama, and Obama really didn’t do horribly in the first hour—it was only when compared to McCain’s responses to the same questions in the second hour that Obama’s translucence came into focus. Still, the repeated ‘my friends’ got old quick, but I’m a hard to please stickler for this sort of thing.
