Dual citizenship is not illegal in the US.

Besides, countries can confer citizenship on you if they wish but it doesn't mean you even have to know about it.

We all discussed the document in question many time, and as recently as yesterday.

All the smart guys agree that Obama didn't fill it out.

Well, yes, of course. In the DhimmiRat world, two wrongs create a ‘right’. Had BHO not had that second citizenship, he would have to leave the campaign trail... With it, he’s good to go... (sarc)

Nope, not as long as he hasn’t renounced his other citizenship, and even then, if he lied about it when he filed to run for President(and also as Senator)then he is ineligible because of the fact he lied. He lied about his name, this also makes him ineligible.
