I just so happen to be one of those people developing that new drilling technology as well as several new fields; North Dakota, just recently.
But you can take the word of a Congressman who has never set foot on a drilling location in his life than listen to me. Perhaps you should go to these fields then and straighten all of us ignorant fools out on what we have been doing so wrong for all of these years. We need all the help we can get right now.

Please don’t take my comment to cast aspersions on your knowledge. What I am saying is that as a non driller, it’s frustrating to hear such a wide range of predictions. Part of that is that some individuals may be referring to older data, the other part, as you point out, is coming from individuals that are overly optimistic.
