In addition to the possible complications from the Georgia conflict, public schools accross the nation are opening and that means more fuel consumption; prices will start to increase even more in the coming weeks.
I really fear for those who heat with oil.

Ours here has actually gone down to around $3.89. Quite a drop. Wonder why yours is going up?
