Here in NW Arkansas there are many used car dealers who sell rebuilt wrecks from rebuilders in Missouri. some look showroom new, till they begin to fall apart.

We had a city cop years ago who told us NEVER buy a used car in Arkansas. He never would say why. Now we know.
