What bothers me is if he was born in Hawaii, why doesn’t he just get a copy of his birth certificate?

The theory holds that there may have been not one, but TWO adoption/legal guardianship changes during Barack Jr's childhood: The first, circa 1965/1966, would have made Lolo Soetoro his legal guardian, and would have sealed the 1961 records, and the second, circa 1970, would have made Madelyn Payne Dunham & Stanley Armour Dunham his legal guardians, and would have sealed the circa-1965/1966 records.

So the current working theory holds that you would need a judge's order to unseal the 1970 records, then a second judge's order to unseal the 1965/1966 records, then a third judge's order to unseal the original 1961 records.

So right now, the theory holds that Barack Jr is sitting behind doubly redundant legal protection which keeps anyone from getting at the original 1961 records.

And if Barack Jr was born on American soil [not Canadian or Kenyan or Japanese soil], then the new HIPAA legislation would make it a felony for a hospital worker to release the hospital records of his birth without a court order.

A court order would not be required under HIPAA if he signed a release. Seems like a simple thing to do if there isn’t anything to hide.

And --- so right now, where is Barack Obama? Well, supposedly "vacationing" in Hawaii. Probably to make sure the "right" birth certificate is offered for proof of his birth there.

If this whole fiasco about Barack not being a natural citizen of the U.S. is true I do hope it is exposed just hours after the convention. Can you imagine the Democrat scramble, err...should I say shuffle.

Thanks. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we had a free press in America that could act as a watchdog for political corruption, and such a press could put pressure on a candidate, like Obama, to release relevant records, like tax records and birth certificates? Just thinkin’ out loud...

Reading what I have about Obama’s mother I find it hard to believe she bothered to have him adopted through legal channels when she married the Indonesian. She was a raving lib, anti government and I just see her sleeping with the Kenyan guy, then he splits, she takes off to Asia and hooks up with or marries the Indonesian. And just where did her second or first marriage take place. Has anyone tracked down marriage licenses for her, this might help.
