Obama’s Dual Citizenship Disaster: an Overview

Unfortunately, I think that TexasDarlin may have been getting threats from the Obamanation kooks [possibly to include death threats], so today she invoked Wordpress protection on her blog, and now she requires that you have a Wordpress account to log in and view her work & the work of her correspondents.

 

Anyway, the working theory right now is that:

1) Barack Jr was born somewhere in the world in August of 1961 - where exactly, we are not absolutely certain - but we do know that in early 1962, Stanley Ann Dunham and little Barack Jr surfaced in the state of Washington, alone & abandoned by the birth father:

...By 1962, Dunham had returned to Seattle as a single mother, enrolling in the UW for spring quarter and living in an apartment on Capitol Hill...

2) Circa 1965/1966, Stanley Ann Dunham consented to allow Barack Jr to be adopted [probably in Hawaii] by Lolo Soetoro, and Barack Jr came to be known [legally] as Barry Soetoro. At that time, the original 1961 birth records were [probably] sealed by court order, and Barry Soetoro moved to Indonesia with his new step-father & legal guardian, Lolo Soetoro.

 

3) As a child in Indonesia, Barry Soetoro [probably] became an Indonesian citizen, and Indonesia is a nation which does NOT allow dual citizenship.

 

4) Circa 1970, Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro sent Barry Soetoro "home" to Hawaii, to be adopted by Madelyn Payne Dunham & Stanley Armour Dunham. Because the second adoption was a little dicey, Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro [probably] asked Barack Hussein Obama Sr to fly in from Kenya and testify that he was the birth father [which would tend to indicate that the original birth certificate from 1961 did NOT list a father]. According to this theory, it would have been at that time, circa 1970, when the two famous "airport" photographs of Barack Hussein Obama Sr were snapped:

 

5) Barack Jr then lived in Hawaii, as a teenager, in the 1970's, with the legal name "Barry Dunham" [as he was known in high school], but made the mistake of not firmly "re-establishing" his American citizenship at that time [assuming he was ever an American citizen in the first place], and continued to carry an Indonesian passport.

 

6) And here's the kicker: In 1981, as a 19- or 20-year-old adult, Barack Jr made the further monstrous mistake of travelling to Pakistan to visit his mother, on an Indonesian passport - the passport of a nation which does NOT allow dual citizenship - thereby proving that there was a period in his life, as an adult, during which Barack Jr considered himself to have been a citizen of Indonesia and NOT a citizen of the United States of America.

 

7) The Obama people know about this Indonesian mess, and the lack of dual citizenship in Indonesia, and were rummaging around in Obama's State Department file to try to cover it up:

Under this theory, it would also be the reason that Obama is vacationing in Hawaii at the moment - as a cover story for going to Grandma Dunham and telling her to keep her mouth shut about everything she knows until the election & the inauguration are over, and to try to destroy as much evidence & contact as many old friends of the family as possible and get them to go into hiding like Grandma Dunham.

 

8) Finally, people believe that the Clintons know all about the mess as well, and that this was the reason for Bill Clinton's bizarre choice of words recently in addressing the question of his support for Obama:

The thinking is that the feces will hit the fan shortly before [or maybe after] the DEM convention, and that, during the crisis, the DEMs will turn to Hillary and ask her to be their nominee in Obama's stead.

Does this mean Maya was born in Hawaii not Indonesia?

That's actually a minor controversy in and of itself.

The current thinking is that Maya Soetoro was NOT eligible to have recieved a "Certificate of Live Birth" from the state of Hawaii, and that Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro probably committed a felony in applying for and receiving that COLB from the state of Hawaii.

Then all he has to do is present the new one and say nothing else matters, he is a citizen and has the paper to prove it.

But they have to be very, very careful in how they play their cards here, for fear of literal rioting in the streets.

Funny you should mention that. I lived in Indonesia for two years and the first time I saw Obama, I really thought he was part Indonesian. And if you look at his half- sister Maya, they look very similar. I am not saying that Obama's Kenyan father is not the real one, but if you look at Obama Sr. and Obama, it is hard to discern what features he picked up from his father.

That's another controversy in and of itself.

Here is a review of the major players involved:

1) Barack Hussein Obama Sr died in a drunk-driving wreck in 1982.

2) Lolo Soetoro died of a liver ailment in 1987.

3) Stanley Armour Dunham died in 1992, just shy of his 74th birthday.

4) Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Dunham Soetoro Dunham [or whatever she considered her name to have been] died of ovarian cancer in 1995.

5) Madelyn Payne Dunham is still alive, at the age of 85 [approaching her 86th birthday, in October of this year], but is rumored to be in ill health.

Now in most states, an adopted child CANNOT get a court order to have his adoption records unsealed - only the parents involved can consent to such an unsealing.

So if there was a circa-1965/1966 Soetoro adoption [which, in turn, would have sealed the earlier 1961 birth record], then, since all the adults involved are now deceased, its records could not be unsealed [under normal circumstances].

Now if there was a circa-1970 Dunham adoption, which superseded the [hypothesized] Soetoro adoption, then, at least in theory, Madelyn Payne Dunham could consent to having those 1970 records unsealed, but I don't think that anyone is expecting her to do that [if she even were to survive on this earth much longer - which, from what I'm reading, is doubtful].

All of this is further complicated by the new HIPAA laws involving medical records - if Barack Jr was born in a hospital in the United States [in the state of Hawaii, or maybe the state of Washington], then it would be a felony for a hospital employee to release the records of Barack Jr's birth without having first received written consent from Barack Jr. [Of course, presumably HIPAA would not apply if Barack Jr was in fact born in some foreign country, like Canada - just across the border from his early 1962 home of Seattle - or Kenya, or, as some people have speculated, Japan.]

At present, the best avenue for getting any documentation released is probably to go after a FOIA request to see whether the State Department knows what kind of passport Barack Jr used on his journey to Pakistan, in 1981.

And if, as an adult, in 1981, he used an "exclusively" Indonesian passport for that trip [remember, Indonesia does NOT recognize dual citizenship], then Barack Jr's hide is nailed to the wall.

I need help with this.. how is he nailed with this? Let’s assume he was born in such a way as that he was born a naturalized citizen. If he travelled on an Indonesian passport and they don’t recognize Dual citizenship.. so what? He could say he was either ignorant of Indonesian law.. or at worst say he lied and said he wasn’t an American citizen.

Just because he travelled on an Indonesian passport doesn’t mean he would automatically renounce his US citizenship... or does it?

That's another big topic of conversation around the web.

We know that Barack Jr is a chain smoker, and addicted to nicotine.

We also know that Barack Sr was an alcoholic [who killed at least one man in a drunk driving wreck before he later killed himself in another drunk driving wreck], who especially loved Scotch.

So it is at least conceivable that Barack Jr could have inherited an "addiction" gene, and might be taking some drug [in addition to nicotine] which is artifically suppressing his weight.

On his mother's side, he was certainly descended from a couple of porkers:

And, on his [polygamous] father's side of the family, the UK Sun recently tracked down Barack Jr's half-brother, by one of [the polygamist] Obama Sr's wives back in Kenya, and he ain't exactly anorexic, either:

On the other hand, in fairness to Barack Jr, there is a rather controversial writer on the internet [whom I am not allowed to link to] who has pointed out that Barack Sr may come from a Kenyan clan which is particularly skinny.

Just because he travelled on an Indonesian passport doesn’t mean he would automatically renounce his US citizenship... or does it?

As a child, no one would accuse Barack Jr of wrong-doing if Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro had allowed him to become an [exclusively] Indonesian citizen in the 1960's.

However, by 1981, Stanley Ann Dunham had divorced Lolo Soetoro, and had moved to Pakistan [on some liberal do-gooder mission], and, at that point, Barack Jr, who was [or is believed to have been] born in August of 1961, would have been an adult, of the age of 19 or 20.

And if Barack Jr, in 1981, as an adult, travelled to Pakistan to visit his mother, and if he used an "exclusively" Indonesian passport to make that trip [remember, there is no dual-citizenship in Indonesia], then he would be proving that, AS AN ADULT, there was a time when he did NOT consider himself to be a citizen of the United States of America.

And if that's true, then there are huge legal and constitutional questions involved in his attempt to ascend to the presidency of the United States of America.

Actually, let me amend that - I seem to recall reading somewhere that the Dunham/Soetoro divorce might not have been finalized until about 1988, so it's possible that they were merely "separated" at that point.

Best hope from this is, he’s ineligible, but that it isn’t finally admitted until after he is nominated in Denver. Then it becomes a political disaster on a par with the Eagleton debacle in 1972 — McGovern was behind him “1000 per cent” and then, so long, shorty. Hillary as the ad hoc nominee under those circumstances — particularly if she makes a floor fight at the convention — would be one thing from which her candidacy could not recover.

If I were McCain, Republican Party and Conservative internet websites, I would start documenting any and all references to blurbs made by the clinton’s machine remarks concerning obama’s ‘eligibility’ to be president.

When this comes out, and it will, the clinton’s and America’s ‘Pravda’ will be pointing fingers directly at all Republican’s, Conservatives and right wing websites.
