That is CE339. What it doesn't show is the deformation on one side of the bullet itself. If you look at that photo, it is flat on the bottom. That 'flat' funs almost the entire length if the bullet.
James Lattimer was able to replicate the bullet in a test that included all the structures and from the approximate distance Oswald would have been firing from, angles,etc. He was able to reproduce a bullet with very similar characteristics to CE339.
