Really? You'd rather win on a technicality (not that this has any merit) than by discrediting his ideas?
A win is a win is a win. If he were to get elected and it came out AFTERWARD that he wasn't even qualified to be elected, you would FIRST IN LINE to scream "HEEEEEY! WHY DIDN'T ANYONE BRING THIS UP AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!"
He needs to be beaten by any (legal) means possible. This is not a friendly game of golf where disqualifying someone because they didn't sign their scorecard would bring scorn. This determines the leader of the free world.
