Not to anyone with even a passing familiarity with naturalization law, it isn't. Anybody born on US soil, other than the children of POWs, diplomats and hostile Indians, is automatically a citizen. That's true today and it was true in 1960 and ever since the passage of the 14th Amendment.
The accusation is that he was NOT born on US Soil, that he was born in Kenya. The claim is that the reason he can’t produce a birth certificate is because there ISN’T ONE, because he was not born in Hawaii, as he claims.
But, hey it’s just a wild, unsubstantiated rumor. Like Clinton screwing his intern, or the Gov. of NY getting caught screwing a high priced hooker, or the leading VP candidate having a secret love child. I mean no REPUTABLE news sorce has covered this.
It’s not like the Birth Certificate that Obama put up on his web site to end the controversy is a forgery or anything.
