Well, it appears that the border of Georgia is 300 miles from the border of Iraq. That is approximately the distance from California's border to the border of New Mexico. Not saying it is our fight, but it is very close. You can bet your bottom dollar the Pentagon is watching this with keen interest.

I’m sure they are, but it shouldn’t extend past a passing interest in Russian military capabilities and tactics. Well, off to bed I go. I’ll be interesting to see what the morning has in store....
