Are foreign passport holders in any country... let's say Mexicans in the USA now entitled to secede Texas or California from the USA with Mexican army help?

If they hold Russian passports, let them move to their N-Ossetian brothers in Russia. They can leave Georgia any time, just like the Mexican passport holders can leave the US. Goodbye.

Now you will certainly point out that the Ossetians are not "immigrants", but actually lived there for many centuries... well guess what, Texas, New Mexico and California were once part of Mexico and inhabited by Hispanics. It doesn't give them any right to secede from the US. It's America now. And S-Ossetia is Georgia. Period.

Facts not insults will help you...but facts is what you do not have.

Who did I insult? YOU are calling us racist. A case of projection I guess.

BTW you evaded answering the many question I asked you on the Georgia-Russia threads. Stand up and answer my questions if you are so well equipped with knowledge!

Actually, in the few years Mexico had technical ownership of the southwest they were never able to settle or establish governmental control. The settlers in those areas were Spaniards who were quite willing to unite with the U.S.
