Yes. It would be a historic event. Even if Pelosi gaveled the session closed again, it would be on camera, and make an even bigger splash. More Americans are now aware of what's been happening in the house w/regard to the Energy Act.

Pelosi could not gavel the house closed if Bush recalled them, when the President calls an emergency session the only one who can adjourn it is, wait for it, the President. YEP! Especially since the Senate won't adjourn so that he can make some recess appointments. W could use the argument that since the Senate has deemed it necessary to stay in session, NOBODY is going home! Want to stay in Washington? Then Fix our Damn problems!
