Each time, never having anybody who defends what the speculators are doing able to explain how it is that worldwide supplies have risen since 1987, demand has increased 3.8%, and prices for gas in the U.S. have more than tripled in 6 years.

Once again...price and supply aren't linear. Look at cattle prices..and demand for the last 10 years.
