Arnold is serving for altruistic reasons. He doesn't need the money. He is worth $800 million.
Actually it starting to make sense. If he has 800 mil then he could be considered a Billionaire. Every worker cut to min wage is going to despise a Billionaire cutting the pay of the “little people”. The employees are not the problem its the system that needs fixing. He is taking it out on the wrong people.
As though serving to satisfy his lust for power is "altruistic reasons". /cynic
