His Hawaiian Birth Certificate reveals the legal name Barry Soetoro. So, where is it?

It SHOULD be availble from Hawaii Public Records.

Isn’t this much ado about nothing?

We already knew his name was Barry Soetoro in Malaysia.

There is every indication that he was born in Hawaii.

How could this effect his eligibility to run for President?

Answer: It doesn’t have any effect whatsoever.

Not if it was sealed by the court because of an adoption proceeding; but then the adoption records would have to be public record and nobody's come up with those either.  Here's the thing: we're deciding whether to hire someone who's failed to supply a proof of citizenship.  I don't think there's much of a choice here... .

It is difficult to get someone else's vital documents these days.
