It makes everything feel a little queasy. The first moments of a minor quake feel pretty much the same as a major one, so for those who've been through a major quake the adrenalin gets flowing, and you go through a moment of uncertainty while you wait to see just how bad it's going to be. I was five miles from the Northridge epicenter, and the apartment building next to me fell into its underground garage, so it takes me a while to relax again after one of these hits.

It's all true. I have such a splitting headache right now. The adrenaline takes awhile to subside I guess.
