Massachusetts was going to get “universal health care” regardless of what Mitt Romney did. Here's the scoreboard in the Massachusetts Legislature in case you didn't know.
House of Representatives: 130 Dem. 19 Rep.
State Senate: 35 Dem. 5 Rep.
The Republicans don't even have sufficient numbers to demand a roll call vote.
The real power in Mass is the Speaker of the House, not the Governor.
