I think you’re right. This makes no sense to me. It seems that even if there were the smallest of possibilities that Barack Hussein Obama Osama Yo-Mama was not eligible for the presidency, it would have been brought out long ago, by the Clintoons and all the other dim candidates.

Even if concerns about his eligibility are valid, there's not one elected official, federal authority, or prominent republican with the backbone to challenge his eligibility.
And if there was such a person, the odds of a judge finding against Obama are infinitesimal.
A court challenge would take 5 years to make it's way to the Supreme Court by which time President Obama will have stuffed the court with ultra-left wing socialists, put us under martial law, or we would be under Sharia law.
That convention should be very interesting, if nothing else.
