When I had a dog, wasting food didn't bother me because she ate all the lousy stuff and even cleaned the floor. I know what you mean, though.

Have you noticed Glycerna products near your Ensure? Glucerna is well balanced with a good amt of protein and fiber.

Yes, I have seen that name brand (Glycerna) in the same area. I never paid any attention to it -- but I will next week when I go to the store.  I'll read the label for protein stuff.  Never thought to do that.  Thank you for telling me of this product, hope it taste good -- I would of been stuck on Ensure and Boost for life.  I've never had any kind of nutrition/weight problems (or any other kinds of problems) before and I really appreciate your help.  Guess I'm just getting old...  I need to get out of my 'tunnel-vision' mode and wake up!!
