It always amazes me how blindly addicted to a TYPE II ERROR naysayers are . . . sounding like for all the world they are SAFE from the bite of ignorance when they have merely traded one extreme for the other.

What balderdash. What idiocy. A TYPE II ERROR CAN BE EVERY BIT AS DEADLY AS A TYPE I ERROR.
If detectives and juries had such a ridiculous bar for evidence, no one would be convicted of anything.
