Weigh it to make sure; you’ll find it is heavier than its two cycle predecessor. Also, you have to change its oil, something you don’t have to do with a two cycle weed eater.
Yeah, but you also have to maintain two different supplies of fuel---one with, and one without, admixed oil. No thanks---I'll stick with the four cycle, and my single tank of gas. And, in my experience, four-cycle engines hold up a lot better than two-cycle (I rebuilt a LOT of chain-saws engines in my "youth").

I would not have a four cycle chainsaw and as one who makes a sizeable portion of his living with one I know of what I speak.
