Why is it that because I don’t believe this is a race issue, but a crime issue, I’m supposed to be deluded. When the story broke about the young lady suing Nascar for racial discrimination alot of FR had no sympathy, some even went as far as to question the young lady’s story. I love to Freep, but I know which threads are going to piss me off eventually, because every closet racist crawls out of the woodwork.

Of course it's a race issue. Have you not seen the crime statistics for young black men?

Anyone of any race who perpetrates a crime like this is a subhuman -- black, white, or Asian. If you neglect to notice, though, that black men are committing the most heinous crimes wayyyy out of proportion to their percent of the population, you're part of the problem just as much as a dumb white liberal who argues for short jail sentences.

You can think I'm a racist if you want -- I really don't care. I'd rather live in a world surrounded by Thomas Sowells and Walter Williamses than white trash in wife beaters with their underwear sticking out, but I will not ignore the friggin TRUTH that is staring you and me in the face -- the violent crime problem is largely a young black male crime problem.

Amen. Read today's Arkansas DEMGAZ....five (5) violent crimes...every single one of them says, "Suspect(s) is(were) a black male(s) wearing......."

What amazes me is Little Rock used to be in the top three (3) most violent cities in America (per capita) until 1995....when we passed the CHL Act 419 law allowing citizens to carry concealed handguns...now we are only in the top twentyfive (25) most violent cities (per capita).
