Believe it or not, I don't think Reid is as stupid as he sounds. Before he became minority leader, he was actually just left of center, a voting record not all that different from our resident RINO Arlen Specter. I think he's moving to the left to keep his job.

Reid is a malignancy. I agree, he’s not stupid thus his talking down to the democrat voters telling them that oil makes us sick, coal makes us sick, etc. is calculated to lie. Harry has not one twinge of guilt for being a professional liar. And sadly, the people who vote for such pukes actually like them that way, lying professionally.
